At CC Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
